In the last 12 months, my little blue-eyed, full-hearted, smiling boy has become my everything! We are so blessed :)
12 Month Stats:
At Nolan's One-Year Appointment, he weighed in at 21 lbs and 10 oz., and was 29 3/4 inches long. Dr. Sapettie said he's long and lean.
In the last month he has graduated from infants formula, and now loves to have a bottle of whole milk in the morning and before bed. As we move away from formula and bottles, we are trying to get Nolan more acquainted with various table foods, and feeding himself a bit more. Though the transition has been tough, some of the following are foods that Nolan really enjoys:
Cinnamon and Sugar Toast
Yoplait Whips Yogurt
Cheerios- we don't leave home without them! Nolan snacks on these often!
Green Beans
Grilled Cheese
Hot Dogs
Spaghetti
Sweet Potato Fries
Bananas
Cupcakes and Cinnamon Rolls :)
French Toast
Nolan's Tricks:
Waving Hi and Bye
Making a silly "blub" noise by smacking his hand against his lips
Saying "All Done" at dinner time
Hiding things and saying "Where'd It Go?"
Slam Dunking on his bball hoop in the basement
Giving High Fives and Kisses
Saying No-No
Playing in the toilet and Unrolling Rolls of Toilet Paper
Doing his "Ohh Baby Nolan" Dance
Favorite Toys- Nolan loves ALL his new Birthday Toys. We put up a new toy bin in his room that he thinks is really cool right now. I love that he likes to spend time in there!

Nolan is a very lucky boy. He has so many wonderful people in his life that lather him with love and attention. His 1st Birthday Party was a perfect celebration of all the joy he's brought to the lives of so many in this past year.
